RAPPER THE GAME SHARES RARE PHOTO OF NIPSEY HUSSLE AND HIS KIDS: ‘IT SADDENS ME’

"Two Beautiful Babies Lost Their Father"

The Game, real name Jayceon Taylor, is finding a way to honor the late Nipsey Hussle. The rapper has taken to sharing a post about his friend every day with one of the most recent Instagram posts revolving around Nipsey’s kids, Kross and Emani Asghedom.

“This is the part of it all that saddens me the most,” Game began with a post that featured a picture of Nipsey with his kids. “We lost our brother, friend, and a legendary artist but two beautiful babies lost their father.”

Jayceon went on to tell his Instagram fans that Nipsey was not a selfish man. Still, “I know he wouldn’t have been okay with leaving his kids. His entire world revolved around fatherhood. His smile and daily energy was fueled by that love. I keep zooming in on the pic and all I can wonder is what was said for those genuine smiles to be so vibrant.”

Nipsey Hussle was murdered outside of his clothing store, Marathon Clothing, on March 31, 2019. The celebrity father’s final resting place is at Forest Lawn in Hollywood Hills. Many came out to honor Hussle during his public memorial service, which was held earlier this month at the Staples Center, because of the late rapper’s spirit of charity that sought to revive a part of South Los Angeles that many choose to forget.

“You lived bro,” The Game wrote online on Thursday (April 25) morning. “I’m glad I was able to play a part in your rise as well as witness your greatness,” the rapper shared. “The world stood still when you passed. You shifted the earth. Touched people of all races, everywhere.”

“They all know your name and whatever they don’t know, I will help them understand. You will always be ‘Nipsey Hussle The Great.’ A father, a son, a brother, a friend, an amazing soul … a man of the people with the purest heart.”
