Kevin Hunter breaks his silence regarding Wendy Williams and his impending divorce. The television producer apologized to his family and fans for the decisions that he made during his marriage to Wendy in a recent statement.
“28 years ago I met an amazing woman: Wendy Williams,” Kevin began. “At the time, I didn’t realize that she would not only become my wife but would also change the face of entertainment and the world. I have dedicated most of our lives to the business empire that is Wendy Williams Hunter, a person that I truly love and respect unconditionally. I am not proud of my recent actions and take full accountability and apologize to my wife, my family, and her amazing fans.”
Kevin Hunter was rumored to have fathered a child with his mistress, Sharina Hudson, which was a claim that Wendy may have confirmed during a recent episode of her show. The television personality was discussing Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson’s new relationship when she got on the subject of babies.
“Women who’ve crossed through menopause, the one thing we never have to worry about again is [having more kids],” Wendy said. “Because I don’t know about you, but my diaper changing days are over,” she declared before saying, “moving on.”

Neither Kevin nor Wendy have officially confirmed or denied rumors of him welcoming a child with Sharina. Despite all of the rumors and speculation, Kevin revealed his desire to maintain positive relations with Wendy.
“I am going through a time of self-reflection and am trying to right some wrongs,” Kevin shared in his statement. “No matter what the outcome is or what the future holds, we are still The Hunter Family and I will continue to work with and fully support my wife in this business and through any and all obstacles she may face living her new life of sobriety, while I also work on mine.”
