Toni Braxton had her son, Diezel Braxton-Lewis, by her side at the Braxton Family Values Season 6 premiere celebration earlier this week. The party was held at Doheny Room in West Hollywood on Tuesday (April 2), and the Braxtons were ready for the red carpet.
Toni posed alongside her son while wearing a cute mini dress. Diezel was dressed in a gray suit with a white polo shirt. Diezel went without a tie, which made his outfit that much more fashion-forward. The individuality is evident!
There have been a few rumors in the media regarding Toni Braxton and her relationship with rapper Birdman. Some have speculated a breakup. Toni, however, shut down such rumors during Tuesday night’s celebration.
“We don’t know what happened,” Toni said of the rumor’s origin. “It just kind of [came out of nowhere]. Someone said it and we were like, ‘OK, we’ll just ride with it because it’ll give us some privacy. So that’s good. But we’re good.”
Tamar Braxton addressed the notion of her sister marrying her longtime boyfriend during a recent conversation with Wendy Williams. Tamar told Wendy that she believed her sister had already tied the knot with Birdman. Toni is intent on keeping these things a secret.
“It’s like a Tootsie Roll Pop, you never know how many licks it takes to get to the middle,” Towanda Braxton, who attended Tuesday’s event with her kids, said. “The world may never know,” she added. “So we may never know. I’m just like, ‘Listen, if you’re going to do it, just call me right before you say ‘I do’ and I will show up.”
