ALICIA KEYS’ SON PERFORMED WITH HER AT THE iHEARTRADIO AWARDS

"We Are Here To Just Do Us"

Alicia Keys had the entire family present to support as she and her son, Egypt Dean, performed onstage at the iHeartRadio Awards. Egypt shocked the masses in the best way.

The oldest son of Alicia Keys sat beside his mom and played the piano while Alicia sang “Raise A Man” and “You Don’t Know My Name.” The duet was quite refreshing to watch as there were clear signs of Egypt following in his mom’s footsteps as a recording artist.

It should come as little surprise that Egypt Dean is quite the musician. The youngster does, after all, have a mom who continues to revolutionize the music industry and a father, Swizz Beatz, who has worked with various mainstream artists to produce incredible projects.

Swizz Beatz recently discussed his journey as an artist during an interview with Billboard. “A lot of people think I’m underrated, but it’s because I don’t have a publicist praising me every time I’m doing something,” the entertainer said. “I feel highly appreciated, but it’s also a secret sauce to my longevity,” he added.

Longevity is something that Alicia Keys is also enjoying. The singer won the iHeartRadio Innovator Award on Thursday. “I am here to just do me,” Alicia said during her acceptance speed. “We are here to just do us,” she added. “All we have to do is just love who we are.”

Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz have two kids, Egypt and Genesis, together. Swizz has five kids in all. Stay tuned for more celebrity family news!
