Kylie Jenner says her baby, Stormi Webster, chose her own name. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star recently revealed that her daughter’s name evolved over time.
“I felt it the whole time,” Kylie told her social media fans. “I feel like she chose her own name,” the celebrity mom added.
“Pretty much, I wanted—I looked up names, and I saw Storm, and I really liked that. But I wanted her to have an ‘ie’ at the end of her name like me, Kylie and Stormie. So it was that at first, and I would just call her—when I was pregnant, I used to call her Stormi when I would talk to her in my belly. And it just always felt right. I had one more name that I liked—I had two names that I honestly liked better than Stormi but when I had her, I felt like she chose her own name. And I just couldn’t imagine any other name other than Stormi.”
Little Stormi Webster was also online as her mom spoke with social media followers. In fact, the youngster even greeted Kylie’s Snapchat fans by saying “Hi” and “Bye.”
“Stormi is so cute,” one fan exclaimed. Another of Kylie Jenner’s fans wrote, “Best mother. I’m so proud of you.”
It was just a few weeks ago that Kylie Jenner and Stormi’s father, Travis Scott, gave their daughter a fabulous first birthday party. The theme of the bash revolved around the notion of an amusement park. It was Stormi’s world for a day as Kylie and Travis had everything from small rides to incredible treats at their daughter’s party.
Kylie Jenner welcomed her daughter a year ago. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, however, has openly discussed the possibility of having children for at least four years.

“I would love to have a family and build a home with a farm in Malibu Canyon and just have my kids and throw away my phone,” Kylie said during a 2015 interview with Elle UK. “[I would like to] just really, like, live my life and not do this anymore,” the celebrity mom said of exchanging the spotlight for privacy.
Kylie Jenner imagined her life as a mom as one without Instagram. The celebrity mom, however, continues to share her story of parenthood with Instagram fans to the delight of her massive fan base.
