"It's Out There"

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting a boy! The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star confirmed the gender of her fourth child during a recent appearance on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live.

“It’s a boy,” Kim said when asked about the gender of her and Kanye’s unborn child. Kourtney Kardashian appeared shocked to hear the news. “What,” the KUWTK star said to Kim. Kourtney further clarified her reaction by saying, “Obviously I knew that. I couldn’t believe you were saying [it]. [I didn’t know] we were telling everyone.” Kim responded to her sister by saying, “Well, it’s out there.” Things are certainly official, now.

News of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West expecting baby number four began to spread a few weeks ago. “Kim and Kanye have known for a while and are very excited,” an insider revealed. “They had one male embryo left and are thrilled it has worked out,” the source continued. “Kim always wanted four kids and having two boys and two girls feels perfect. They were very happy with the entire experience the first time and are so grateful to have one more baby.”

Kim is excited about her growing family but may not go down the road of further family expansion in the near future, per her recent interview with ELLE in which she told the magazine that her “time was spread really thin” with three children. “I think it’s important that in all couples, the mom gives the husband as much attention as the kids,” she concluded.

What will Kim Kardashian and Kanye West name their fourth child? We’ll have to wait and see!
