“At first, when I was starting to feel really bad in my pregnancy, I was like, ‘I cannot possibly do this again,'” the star mom shares. “But within the first week after giving birth, I don’t know — I missed the baby bump! I missed the whole thing of carrying her, feeling her move inside me and all that stuff. I would love to feel that again.”

News of Kenya Moore’s expectancy came as a bit of a surprise. The celebrity mom was settling into the reunion episode for the tenth season of Real Housewives of Atlanta when Andy Cohen asked her about the possibility of a “Baby Twirl.” Kenya told Andy that she wouldn’t name her child “Twirl” but that she was indeed expecting a little one to arrive in the coming months. Fast forward to the end of the year, and the celebrity mom and her husband, Marc Daly, are getting ready to celebrate Christmas with their daughter, Brooklyn Daly, for the first time.

“I finally have everything I’ve dreamed of,” Kenya Moore shares with PEOPLE. “This little angel … she’s so beautiful. I feel so blessed. It’s all been so worth it.”

Will Kenya Moore and Marc Daly make room for another bundle of joy in the near future? We’ll just have to wait and see!
