Blac Chyna is in the hot seat after promoting the skin lightening cream, Whitenicious. The celebrity mom of two partnered with the brand for a collection of her own, and some did not appreciate the message that they believed the ad conveyed. Blac Chyna, however, responded to the recent criticism that she has received by reminding critics that she is a single mother who provides for her kids.

“So my children aren’t supposed to live the same lifestyle as their fathers,” she asked on her Instagram story. “As a single mother, I provide for them and give them the luxury lifestyle they deserve,” Blac Chyna reaffirmed.

Much of the backlash that Chyna responded to came from Rob Kardashian’s new court documents asking for a steep reduction in monthly child support payments. Rob, who presently pays $20,000 per month in financial support of his and Chyna’s daughter Dream Kardashian, explained to the courts that he earns about $10,000 per month since declining to participate in the family’s Reality TV show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The celebrity father blamed much of his sinking into the background on a domestic dispute he endured with Chyna last year. Rob told the courts that the bad press has negatively impacted his income.

“It has been an extraordinarily difficult time for me emotionally and I have no desire to continue participating in the reality show,” Rob Kardashian said in court documents. “I would like to maintain my privacy, try to recover from the emotional damage of the past several months, and explore other business ventures.”
