Jamie Foxx has a rising basketball and football star in his daughter, Annalise Bishop. The celebrity father recently stopped by Live! With Kelly and Ryan to talk about his youngster’s athleticism.
“She’s killing it,” Jamie exclaimed. “She’s playing football with all the boys,” he continued. “She’s playing flag football and she’s the only girl in the league.”

But where does Annalise get the strong will to compete? “We have a very competitive house,” Jamie told Kelly and Ryan. “My pops was a coach, her cousins they all play. So, at the house, we are constantly playing. We don’t mention girl or boy, we just get after it.”
There are good times in the Foxx household. Outside of Jamie’s happy home, however, are fires that threaten home in Malibu and the surrounding areas. “It’s really real,” Foxx revealed. “People are losing everything, so send your prayers if you can.”
Jamie further elaborated on the general climate in society, which is nonetheless intense. “It’s been a weird year. It’s been a year of people drawing lines in the sand and sort of bickering back and forth,” Foxx said. “Every time I go out I’m gonna I say, ‘Look for the good in people. Look for all of the good in people.’ All the time we are constantly looking for the bad in people. It’s time to look for the good in people.”
