Khloe Kardashian has hit a weight loss plateau, but that doesn’t mean that she isn’t determined to reach her fitness goals. The celebrity mom recently took to her app to tell her subscribers about her journey back to health and wellness after giving birth to her daughter, True Thompson.
“I get really discouraged,” Khloe admitted on Monday (September 10). “I try to remind myself how long it took the first time to lose all my weight,” she continued. “I have about 17 pounds left to lose, and then I want to tighten my muscles back up.”
Khloe Kardashian inspired many with her weight loss transformation back in 2013. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star not only shed the pounds that she wanted to lose, but Khloe also showed off an incredibly toned body.
“My biggest piece of advice is to remind ourselves that we all have to start somewhere,” Kardashian said during an interview with Pop Sugar last year. “I also love that someone once told me you can’t get it all in one day. You have to remember to set realistic goals. Things that you will actually hit and start slowly. But reward yourself when you hit that goal . . . then set a new goal,” Khloe advised.
There may be a bit more motivation in the reality star’s corner this time around seeing as how Khloe has baby True rooting for her every step of the way. Khloe definitely keeps pictures of her baby girl nearby when she needs the extra inspiration to be great.
As far as fitness is concerned, “I’m still eating healthy (when I can) and working out, but some days are harder than others. But, for now, I’m just not putting pressure on myself and enjoying being a mommy. I know I’ll hit my fitness goal — and it will feel soooo good.” We can’t wait, Khloe!
