Although Marsai Martin is only 13-years-old, she is wise beyond her years, knowing to surround herself with people that are in support of your vision no matter what.
Martin, who has just recently finished filming her upcoming big screen debt, Little, where she will serve as both lead and executive producer, had to let go an agent who suggested that she, “just chill and take a break,” in reference to the project.
Needless to say, the young rising Hollywood darling didn’t “chill” and conceived the idea for the up-coming comedy about a woman who gets to re-live her youth when adulthood becomes just a bit much. Little, now in post-production, will hit theaters November 2019.
