Everyone is getting in on the #RayJHatChallenge, these days. Even Melody Love Norwood, Ray J and wife Princess Love’s daughter, had a bit of fun with the new social media craze. Princess recently uploaded a video clip of her daughter re-enacting the Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood scene that has Twitter thinking outside of the box.
In Melody’s #RayJHatChallenge clip, the little one is sitting in her mom’s arms while Safaree Samuels attempts to explain himself for the second time. Melody doesn’t appear too interested in what the entertainer has to say, which is why Safaree asks, “Are you even listening to me, right now?” One thing that is noticeably different throughout the clip is Melody’s headgear. The little one has a different hat or scarf nearly everytime the camera comes back to her.

Many fans noticed Ray J’s traveling beanie during a recent episode of Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood. Ray was attempting to have a serious conversation with Safaree during the scene when, for some reason, his beanie took on a life of its own. The hat moved several times within a few seconds until Ray J finally resolved to just remove the headwear.

“My hat and my head was trying to connect, right,” Ray J explained to TMZ after the episode aired. “This hat had a mind of its own,” Ray concluded.

The beanie was the true star of the episode, which is why it now has a social media account of its own along with a challenge in which dozens of fans participate.
