When it comes to cupcakes, everyone is a winner. But when it comes to cupcakes and philanthropy, well, 12-year-old Leah Baker Fowler has definitely discovered an impactful combination.
Talented, bright, and a true foodpreneur, Fowler started Cupcakes Most Wanted combining her love for baking and giving back to those in need. With the inspiration of her mother being a breast cancer survivor, the young pastry chef started baking and creating.
Cupcakes Most Wanted doesn’t just include a tasty array of treats for the entire family, such as “Nan’s Sassy Sweet Potato”, and more, it also includes a component, The Leah Baker Fowler Fund with POISE Foundation, that helps to provide support to children fighting against cancer.
Some of Fowler’s most dedicated clients include: The Girls Coalition of Southwest PA, the Children’s Museum, Gwen’s Girls, and CORO Pittsburgh, among others. Fowler has shared her story with others as an advocate guest speaker and mentor. Enrolled in the Milton Hershey School, this budding entrepreneur and philanthropist is a top-notch student on a mission to make the world a sweeter place for everyone in it.
