Chanel Iman and Sterling Shepard are right around the corner from labor and delivery. The model tells Us Weekly that she is beginning to get nervous about the road ahead.
“I feel like he can be a doctor because he’s really good with being around any situation,” Chanel says of her husband. The expectant beauty goes on to reveal, “I’m not as comfortable with the whole idea of labor. I’m a little nervous, but he seems to have a lot more confidence in me.”
Chanel Iman and Sterling Shepard confirmed their expectancy of a child a few weeks ago. She was well into her pregnancy, and he was already the doting dad.
“I talked to Coach about it a while ago,” Sterling recently said of taking time off to be present during his wife’s labor and delivery experience. “He was like, ‘We’ll see if we can get you a day off or something,'” the father-to-be continued. “I don’t want to be away from the guys, but that kind of stuff, you have to be there for, that’s for sure,” Shepard concluded.

Chanel would definitely agree and is already appreciative of the many ways in which her husband helps her in the relationship. “We help each other out,” the model shares with media. “It’s all in the way that your partner treats you,” Chanel adds. “He makes me feel like I’m the most beautiful woman in the world always.”
