La La Anthony is not thinking about getting back into the game that is dating anytime soon. The celebrity mom tells Us Weekly that she is too focused on her son, Kiyan Anthony, to take a pause for the cause of a relationship.
“I haven’t gotten there yet,” La La says of dating after her split from estranged husband, Carmelo Anthony. “I’m just really, just open to focusing on … my son and what he’s doing,” she continues. “With all of my workload and my son’s schedule, I really don’t have time for anything else.”
La La is certainly busy with projects and new ventures. The celebrity mom recently garnered attention online for a few photos from her Power press day that were nothing short of stylish. La La made sure to put clothing from her collection with Ashley Stewart on display and told her Instagram fans that “all women deserve to look fabulous” in denim. We agree!

Still, even with big things unfolding in the fashion arena as well as other industries, La La remains true to her role as a mother first. “When your love for your kid is at the center of everything, you can’t go wrong,” she tells Us.
La La further discusses co-parenting with her estranged husband saying, “We’re focusing on showering him with love, and it’s great that Melo’s … it’s not great that he’s not in the championship, in the finals. We would’ve loved that. But it’s great that he’s back in New York, now, and present for all the practices and games and school trips, and everything for our son. That’s something that we’re really happy about and my son is super happy to have his dad home right now.”
