Keshia Knight-Pulliam gained the victory in court. The celebrity mom finalized the terms of her divorce from Ed Hartwell a few days ago, which included a custody arrangement for little Ella Grace.
According to TMZ,
“Keshia Knight Pulliam is now a single woman … her divorce was just made final.
Under the terms of the divorce, she gets primary custody of their one-year-old daughter, Ella Grace. Ed Hartwell gets visitation rights. They had a fight over the child’s last name — each wanted theirs. In the end, they compromised on Ella Grace Pulliam-Hartwell.
He also has to pay $3,007 per month in child support.”
A judge granted Keshia and Ed’s divorce on the grounds of adultery and cruelty. Keshia was reportedly taken by surprise when her then-husband filed for divorce in 2016.
“It’s hurtful,” Keshia told ET Online exclusively several weeks after news of her impending divorce went public. “I knew I couldn’t be silent because this isn’t about money. This isn’t about fame. This isn’t about social media likes or follows. This is about my character — my integrity as a woman being attacked — and that’s not OK.” Keshia went on to address the notion of Ed Hartwell wanting a paternity test to prove that Ella Grace was indeed his child.
“This is his baby,” the celebrity mom shared. “He wanted more children. He was excited once he found out that we were having a little girl. There was never a question about that. … [At] no point after we got pregnant was there an issue of the fact that we’re having a baby.”
Ella Grace was born on January 18, 2017. She is Keshia Knight-Pulliam’s only child.
