‘HEARTS BEAT LOUDER’ IS CLASSIFIED AS ‘THE FEEL-GOOD MOVIE WE NEED RIGHT NOW’

The Critics May Be Right On This One

Get ready to feel all warm and fuzzy inside and shed a few happy tears. Hearts Beat Louder is the Sundance Festival film that will give you something to celebrate this summer. Frank Fisher (Nick Offerman) is the single father in the final stretch of rearing his daughter, Sam Fisher (Kiersey Clemmons), who’s headed for UCLA in the fall. While most dads would take this time to prepare for empty nest living, Frank is trying to grow closer to his daughter via a music band. All things would be harmonious is Sam wanted to be in a music group with her father — but she doesn’t.

How will this father and daughter find common ground in a world that seems to pull them apart from one another? Catch Hearts Beat Louder in theaters on June 8, 2018, to find out!
