Jesse Williams and Aryn Drake-Lee have come to terms with their custody agreement. The matter concerning the former couple’s children, Maceo and Sadie, has been settled according to court documents obtained by ET.

“The order was signed off last week, nearly a year after Williams filed for divorce,” the media source reports. “The pair was granted joint legal custody of their children last summer, and in August, Drake-Lee requested sole physical custody of 4-year-old Sadie and 2-year-old Maceo.”
The judge ruled for Jesse to have custody of his kids every other weekend and two days out of the week on weekdays. The Grey’s Anatomy star will also have his son and daughter with him on Father’s Day.
The drama that comes with separation and impending divorce began last year when Jesse Williams filed for divorce from his wife of five years. Some critics suspected Jesse of having relations with Minka Kelly while still married to Aryn. In fact, a few fans slammed Minka for allegedly ruining her new boyfriend’s union. No evidence, of course, suggests that such rumors are true.

Aryn Drake-Lee and Jesse Williams also had problems with communication regarding the kids. She complained that his life as an entertainer often led to missed appointments with the kids and meetings that interfered with the kids’ set schedules and bedtimes. Both Aryn and Jesse were ordered to use an app for correspondence pertaining to the kids.
