Angela Simmons has a bond with her toddler son that is too cute for words. The celebrity mom recently shared pictures and video footage of her and little Sutton Tennyson hanging around the house and sliding into another productive week.

“God knew you were what my heart needed,” Angela shared along with a picture of her snuggling close to her son. “Because of you, I know how to truly love. Thank you, God.” The celebrity mom was sure to tell fans that she got her workout in despite taking a pause for a cute candid.

Angela also shared throwback footage of her and Sutton exploring life together. “All I want to be is the best mother I can possibly be to him,” she told her Instagram fans. “He’s growing so quickly,” Angela added. “This little boy has given me the strength I needed at so many times. Thank you God for such a perfect blessing .. I found myself when I had you!”

It was just a few weeks ago that Angela Simmons shared her breakup story with the world. The celebrity mom took to social media to talk about why she decided to leave her son’s father, Sutton Tennyson Sr., and what she has learned through the process.

“I truly have seen and been through some stuff that I know tons of women go through,” Angela shared online. “All of those who are single mothers that are hurting that want to give up .. Don’t! Also don’t stay somewhere that you aren’t valued. And don’t allow anyone to treat you less than what you are. It’s not easy to face my truth in front of this cold world. But I face it with pride because I got through this and will get through it all!”

Little Sutton is Angela Simmons and Sutton Tennyson Sr.’s only child. The couple was engaged to be married before calling it quits last year.
