La La Anthony and her son, Kiyan, were in the building during New York Fashion Week. The celebrity mom and her youngster sat in the front row at The Shows at Gallery I at Spring Studios this past Sunday.
La La and Kiyan were definitely the fashion-forward duo. The celebrity mom and her son wore dark colors and struck poses that showed just how much they were channeling their inner modeling sense. Kiyan’s black jeans were in sync with his mom’s attire that was also black. La La and Kiyan were also in attendance at The Shows at Pier 17 last Thursday. The celebrity mom and her son wore lighter colors that spoke of their flexibility in style.
“I came because my mom asked me to,” Kiyan told media when asked why he decided to attend Fashion Week this season. “He knew I needed a date — he felt bad for me,” La La exclaimed.
The celebrity mom discussed her estranged relationship with her husband during an interview last year. “He’s my best friend,” La La said of Carmelo Anthony. “When you’re with someone for 13 years since they were 19 years old, and you have a 10-year-old child, you’d hope that you guys would be cool. We are the best of friends.”
