Melanie Fiona and her son, Cameron Lincoln Carter, are advertising for Shea Moisture. The celebrity mom and her son are featured in one of the latest promo videos for the brand.
“Since becoming a mother, I dream bigger,” she shared. “When I look at Cameron, I see all the things I have been blessed to experience and learn in my life and wishing those things plus more for him. His dad @JaredCotter and I wrote a lullaby for him, “Here For You (Cameron’s Song)” inspired by our love and responsibility of being his parents. His success as a person in this life is our new full-time job.”

Melanie shared her experience as working mom in a vlog entry earlier this year. “If you’re a full-time mom you understand there is no time to do a lot of things like 20 minutes to yourself to do a video blog,” she explained. The singer also gave a bit of advice to moms nursing sick children.
“It’s just as simple as turning on the shower at hot, closing the door, getting the baby, going back into the bathroom, and sitting in the steam,” Fiona revealed. “Cameron loves it. It’s nice and warm, it’s soothing, and it’s going to help to just loosen up all the mucus that’s in their poor little nasal cavities.”
