Greene has been very vocal about his oldest son David Jace’s struggles before birth. In fact, Travis used his last album, The Hill, to give testimony of how the doctor told him and Jacqueline that David would not make it when she went into labor at just over 20 weeks. The couple’s son did, however, pull through and serves as Travis’ motivation.
“This is one reason why I Worship so passionately, and I celebrate Family,” Greene shared online a few weeks ago. “My son, Jace, is the inspiration behind the song ‘Made a Way!’ [from the album, The Hill]. God gave me and my wife @drjackiegreene this song when the doctors told us to give up believing for our son’s life!” David joined his father at the live recording of his new album earlier this year.
