‘SESAME STREET’ TAKES ON THE TOPIC OF BLENDED FAMILIES WITH NEW RESIDENT

The long-running PBS television show, Sesame Street, has taken on many topics over the years, helping children adjust to a variety of relevant topics and situations that affect them in today’s society. With the newest resident on Sesame Street, a monster named Rudy, the children’s show is now shedding light on how blended families can work out for the good of all those involved.

Three-year-old Rudy, who premiered in the recent episode, “Hello, Rudy,” is Abby Cadabby’s new stepbrother.
