Jurnee Smollett and her son, Hunter Zion Bell, are enjoying summer days. The celebrity mom posted a picture of her and her little one taking in a bit of sunshine this past weekend.
“The first week of summer is finally here,” Jurnee exclaimed. “Hunter is already a nature baby…he loves being outside and exploring. Jurnee has been basking in the joys of parenthood ever since Hunter was born. In fact, the celebrity mom’s husband, Josiah Bell, took to Instagram to celebrate his wife’s love for the family this past Mother’s Day. Josiah shared a scripture passage from Proverbs 31 before thanking Jurnee for her passion for him and their son.

The celebrity mom also took to Instagram to celebrate Josiah on Father’s Day. “To the man that makes our little man laugh, who brings a smile to his face by doing funny voices, who sings to him, plays piano for him, beatboxes, changes his poopy diapers and protects him…thank you for being an amazing example of what a real man looks like,” the actress wrote. “Through our fatigue, and long nights walking him asleep, I am grateful to be sharing this miracle called parenthood with you. I love how much you love being a dad. Hunter is blessed to have you. And so am I,” Jurnee wrote.
