Where has the time gone? Lisa Leslie’s kids are growing by leaps and bounds! The retired WNBA player recently shared pictures of her son, Michael, and daughter, Lauren, with Instagram fans.
One video clip of Michael showed him showing off basketball skills that were quite promising. “Practice makes perfect,” Lisa told her Instagram followers. “He loves it,” she added.
It’s hard to believe that Michael turned 7-years-old last month. “One of the best days of my life was the day God blessed me with my handsome baby boy,” Lisa told fans on her son’s birthday. “Today MJ turns 7 years old! God has blessed him with intelligent, talents and a compassion for others that can only be heaven sent!”
Lisa Leslie became a mom for the first time in 2007. The star athlete and her husband, Michael Lockwood, welcomed their daughter in summer, which gave her enough time to get ready for the 2008 season of the WNBA. Lisa retired from the league in 2009, which was one year before she and Michael welcomed their son.
