Brandy’s fan page uploaded a short clip of Syrai’s performance that was beyond phenomenal. The 14-year-old gave listeners a vocal run while singing “He Lives In You” by Diana Ross that made Brandy exclaim, “What?” during the performance. “To never really hear her sing around the house because of how shy she is and to count on one hand how many times we sang in harmony together, this completely blew me away. The prettiest and purest voice I’ve ever heard. She is very special,” the celebrity mom shared.

We first learned of Syrai’s musical abilities when Brandy uploaded video footage of the youngster singing at home several months back. Syrai completely shocked her mom by hitting high notes with skill far beyond her years.

Brandy and ex-boyfriend Robert Anthony Smith, a.k.a. Big Bert, welcomed Syrai on June 16, 2002. She has brought joy to her parents’ lives ever since. “My heart, My soul, My Life, and the only reason why I strive to be the God version of myself,” Brandy said in an Instagram post meant to honor her daughter several months back. “Hands up, @SyraiIman is an #Angel,” the star mom gushed.

Syrai certainly sings like an angel. You can expect to hear more from this budding star in coming years.
