Janie and Jack has a new women’s line with coordinating looks for kids, and who better to model the brand’s expansion than Tia Mowry and her son, Cree? The celebrity mom shared pictures from her and her son’s photo shoot on Monday.
“I’ve always loved @JanieandJack for my little one,” Tia said. “Now I can wear it too,” she exclaimed.
Janie and Jack launched its women’s line with coordinating looks for children at The Grove in Los Angeles on Sunday. Tia and Cree joined Nick and Vanessa Lachey at the event and, of course, they were rocking matching denim wear.
Cree takes on a lot of ventures alongside mom but acting isn’t one of them. “He’s actually gotten several offers so far to be part of some campaigns or what not, and I’m not sure,” Tia has said of the possibility of her son following in her footsteps of becoming a child star. “It just has to make sense,” the star mom added.
Mowry certainly found success as a teen star in the hit series, Sister, Sister. Many fans grew up watching Tia and her twin sister Tamera navigate the ways of adolescence onscreen. Now, Tia’s followers look in admiration as she balances family with work life.
“I’m always striving to find balance in my life,” Tia explained during an interview with TooFab. “But I think what works for my family is, we prioritize and we communicate with each other about what’s important to us. Once a week, it’s really important for my husband and myself to have a date night, or at least once a week it’s really important for the whole family to go out and have dinner together.”
Cree is Tia Mowry and husband Cory Hardrict’s only child. He celebrates his sixth birthday next month.
