The Atlanta Hawks defeated the Dallas Mavericks with a final score of 100-95 on Wednesday. Monica Brown and her kids were all eyes and ears at the game.
The celebrity mom shared pictures from the NBA competition with fans on Thursday. Although Monica and her daughter, Laiyah, were all about the camera, the singer’s sons, Romelo and Rodney Jr., were more focused on the game. Monica tried to convince her sons to wave at fans in a video clip but the youngsters were more interested in what was happening on the court.
Still, even with Romelo and Rodney’s serious faces on camera, the family had fun. “We having a ball,” Monica captioned underneath one picture of her and the kids sitting courtside. Laiyah had her hand raised in the shot as her mom watched in amusement. “Meanwhile my big boys attentive like they’re coaching,” Monica told fans.
Monica met up with a few friends while attending Wednesday night’s basketball game. Kandi Burruss took a pause for the cause of taking a picture with the singer. “One of the hardest working women I know,” Monica told Instagram fans. “We used to link up just to eat, chat and unwind… Before the internet LOL. Love never fades …. Know dat.”
