Eighteen-year-old Jaden Smith is set to return to the big screen long with Cara Delevingne in Overbrook Entertainment’s upcoming romantic drama, Life In A Year.
The story will follow the journey of how a seventeen-year-old boy, who learns that his girlfriend has a year left to live, sets out to make whatever time she has left magical.
Production will begin this spring in Toronto with European director Mitja Okoron at the helm with a script by Jeffery Addiss and Will Matthews. The project is being produced by both Overbrook and Mark Bienstock.
If you remember, Smith’s last feature film, After Earth, was in 2013, which he co-starred in with his dad, Will Smith. We can’t wait to see Smith’s return to the big screen. We know it’s going to be something truly special.
