Teachers across the nation have their own unique ways to get students pumped and ready for class; however, there is one that stands out in particular and his name is Barry White, Jr. of Ashley Park Elementary School. This North Carolina teacher has come up with a way to motivate students even before they enter the classroom with a personalized handshake and dance steps for every child. White may just be one of the coolest teachers ever!
