MOMMY DO-GOODER CIARA VISITS CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL

Ciara is such a do-gooder! The expectant star stopped by Children’s Hospital in Seattle, Washington earlier this week to give patients complete makeovers.

“Every time I visit Seattle Children’s, I see how strong these children are who are going through such difficult battles,” Ciara tells media. “I wanted to help make them feel as strong and beautiful as they are to me, and to let them know I’m thinking about them. I often hear that I inspire these kids, but they’re really the ones that inspire me. They are the real superheroes of today.”

Revlon sponsored the event dubbed as “Ciara’s Makeover Monday,” and dozens of kids took part. A patient named Fiona took full advantage of the event as she received a makeover and took a selfie with Ciara. “The event was amazing,” the 18-year-old, who suffers from Crohn’s disease, shares.

“Ciara and her glam squad are incredible! They were all so nice and made me feel so special,” Fiona continues. “Being in the hospital can make you sad or get you down. Today wasn’t like other days in the hospital. I didn’t have to think about medications or scans. It really took my mind off being in the hospital and gave me a break. I just want to thank Ciara for thinking of us. It means a lot to the kids in the hospital who are sick.”

Massy was another patient who enjoyed the benefits of a Revlon makeover. The little one also assisted Ciara by helping the singer “embrace her inner princess.”

Ciara is the proud mother of a son named Future Zahir. The singer is expecting her first child with husband Russell Wilson to arrive in coming months.
