LAILA ALI AND FAMILY SPEND TIME IN THE SNOW

Nothing beats enjoying family in a host of snow. Laila Ali recently shared pictures from her and the family’s vacation in Northern California.

“Fun in the snow! Love my babies,” she captioned underneath one picture of Sydney and Curtis Jr. smiling while taking in the scenery. “I enjoy taking the kids to the snow during the winter months,” Laila shared. “Love living in Cali; drive to the snow, drive to the beach and we have great weather all year long! Now if we can just do something about the traffic,” she joked.

This year was quite challenging for Laila Ali who bid farewell to her father, Muhammad Ali. “I’m happy knowing that he’s no longer struggling, and that’s what gives me comfort,” Laila said days after her father’s death on Friday, June 3, 2016.

“My dad was not only the best fighter ever, but also such a great man, and there will never be anyone else like him,” she added. “I think that anywhere you go in the world, people not only recognize him but also love him because of the man that he is. Because he stood up for his beliefs. He fought for those that couldn’t speak up for themselves, and he’ll truly be missed by all of us.”

Muhammad Ali battled with Parkinson’s disease for several decades before passing away in June. Laila Ali and husband Curtis Conway have two children, Sydney and Curtis Jr., together. Curtis has five kids in all.
