Not only is she a Victoria’s Secret model, but she is an inspiring big-sister as well. European, African, Brazilian, and West Indian beauty, California native 25-year-old, Jasmine Tookes, is not only one of the fashion industry’s top models, but she is her little sister, Chloe Danielle’s, aka, “the little skittle”, role model and mentor.
Tookes, who recently embraced her “it” moment in the spotlight as she joined the ranks of Gisele Bunchden, Adriana Lima, and Alessandra Ambrosio, by wearing the $3 million Fantasy bra on the runway during the annual Victoria’s Secret fashion show, is the first black model in nine years to rock the look. “I feel like it’s such a milestone for Victoria’s Secret to have a woman of colour wearing the fantasy bra, because there’s only been two in the past,” she told Fashionista in October. “It’s major, and I think it’s awesome I get to represent that.” And represent she did, all while her little sister, Chloe Danielle watched from the sidelines.
The fashion industry seems to run in these girls’ blood. Their mother, Cary Robinson is a celeb stylist and Tookes was discovered at one of her mother’s showroom appointments.
Chloe Danielle, even though she’s just five-years-old, is already making a name just for herself, quickly establishing her own dominance in front of the camera. The tiny fashionista, just signed with Zuri Model Talent and booked a new gig with J Crew.
