At 3’ 7.5” tall and weighing only 40 pounds, Jaxon Rose Moore, aka Jax, is on her way to becoming a major talent in the movie industry. Making her grand entrance onto the scene in January 2011 during Atlanta’s “Snowpocalypse,” this pint-sized starlet hasn’t taken a breath to slow down yet.
The impressive young-budding five-year-old star and middle child has already built up a professional resume of credits that range from commercial, to print, to television, and film. Having had no formal training or representation at the time, Moore landed her first role as Sandy in a local theater production of Annie Jr. and by the end of the show’s run, was recast as six-year-old Molly, the tiny orphan who looks to Annie for mothering and comfort. In 2015, Moore landed a job in a Disney Vacation Club commercial and then went on to secure her first feature film, Almost Christmas, where she plays the young Rachel.
Moore can also be seen in episode 2.10 of the TV One series Justice: By Any Means, in the upcoming film, Thank you for your Service (2017), and in Garbage Men (currently filming). When she’s not busy on set, in her free time, Moore loves cheerleading, jump roping, swimming, ballet, modeling, and singing. It is no doubt that we will be seeing a lot more of this tiny rising star for years to come.
