Teyana Taylor brought daughter Iman Shrumpert Jr., nicknamed Junie, on stage during her concert in NY last night. Junie lay peacefully on her mom’s lap as she performed song “Sorry”. Teyana also performed other selections from her last album, VII, including “Put Your Love On,” “Business” and “Just Different”.
Taylor and fiancé, NBA player Iman Shumpert, welcomed their daughter in December of last year.
“On Dec 16th at 6:42am in our bathroom Junie decided she wanted to take her first breath into this world,” Taylor wrote. “Not knowing I was in labor until I felt her head…it took two ten count pushes with my fiancé playing Dr and she entered this world into his bare hands!” Teyana revealed on Instagram in a post.
Teyana and Shumpert have been together since 2013.
