The 17-year-old daughter of Lil Wayne and Toya Wright acessorized her outfit with a pair of Versace heels and a Jimmy Choo purse. The teen also had a whole glam squad who did her makeup and hair. But most importantly, Miss Carter had her proud mom Toya there to send her off. “My world ! My Rock ! The reason I am who I am today ????
