Emily Bustamante, a.k.a. Emily B, is enjoying Spring Break with the family in Puerto Rico. The celebrity mom shared pictures of her vacation with the kids a few days ago.

“Greetings From Puerto Rico,” Emily captioned underneath one photo. The star’s daughter, Taina, was captured while holding her little brother, Jonas, and standing next to Johan. All of the kids were wearing white, which made the candid even more adorable.

Emily B has been focused on fitness since giving birth to her youngest son last year. The star recently shared a picture of herself while wearing a waist trimmer and holding her little one. “Since this little guy was born this waist cincher/band has saved my life,” she wrote.

Many complications were attached to Jonas’ birth. While he was delivered a healthy weight and height, Emily lost weight and blood during the process. “I suffered from horrible nausea and I lost weight during pregnancy. I was in labor for 16 hours and wouldn’t dilate past 9 cm,” she told fans after the experience.

“I pushed and pushed and shredded up my cervix. My son’s heart rate dropped and his head was stuck in the birth canal so I had to get a emergency c-section—which by then my epidural had wore off so I had to get a local spinal which numbed my esophagus! I felt like I was going to DIE,” she exclaimed. “I lost over 45% of my blood and had to get a blood transfusion. By the Grace of God I’m ok and my son is healthy.”

Jonas is Emily’s second child with rapper Fabolous. Taina is the celebrity mom’s daughter from a previous relationship.
