Put another candle on the birthday cake. Diezel Braxton-Lewis celebrated his thirteenth birthday on Wednesday with family and friends.
The youngster had his mom, Toni Braxton, and older brother Denim by his side while enjoying a night in town. Diezel was the guest of honor during a dinner party. The teen struck a few poses while eating out with the family. “Celebrating @diezel_braxton birthday,” Toni captioned underneath a picture of her and the kids. Logan, Tamar Braxton’s son, was in one picture. He smiled wide while sitting on his aunt’s lap.

Toni welcomed her youngest son on March 30, 2003. The celebrity mom experienced devastation shortly after giving birth when doctors diagnosed Diezel with autism. “I remember the signs: like no eye contact, very little communication, just little things and I said ‘hmm,'” Toni told media of her thoughts before the diagnosis.

“As a parent you always feel, ‘Was there something I could have done differently?’ But what I’ve come to understand through my friends at Autism Speaks, is there is nothing wrong with our babies, and it’s nothing you’ve done or you could have done differently, it’s just what the situation is.”
