Are you ready for battle? Heavenly Joy Jerkins has teamed up with Gospel singer Charles Jenkins to bring a new version of the hit single ‘War.’
Jenkins introduces Heavenly at the beginning of the song and the 6-year-old takes it from there. Heavenly sings with passion and authority as every lyric is clearly articulated.
The youngster is growing into quite the star after auditioning on ‘America’s Got Talent’ a few months back. Many fans love Heavenly’s big personality and cannot get enough of her voice that is larger than life.
Miss Jerkins recently partnered with her mom, Joy Enriquez, to bring hope to those battling with breast cancer. The little one sang alongside Joy in ‘Shine,’ which focuses on survival. “She understands her purpose,” Joy said of her daughter’s passion when recording the single. “That’s why she prays a lot. She understands she wants to live. She understands what Breast Cancer is because of her aunt, Rodney’s sister, who passed away. She’s really close with her cousin whose mom died and she has compassion for her. She’s singing from a place of purpose.”
