Motherhood and Laura Govan are one. The star recently shared a picture of her kids standing near a decorated tree with Instagram fans. “I Was Put On This Earth To Be A Mother,” captioned Govan underneath the photo.
The television personality recently filed court documents to significantly reduce the visitation rights of her children’s father, Gilbert Arenas, after he shared footage of his son riding on the hood of a Polaris Slingshot with TMZ. Gilbert was driving the vehicle at 15 MPH while his son was hanging on to the windshield.
Laura got wind of the video and viewed Gilbert’s actions as dangerous, which is why she decided to ask the courts for more control. TMZ reports,
“Our sources say Laura — who currently has primary physical custody — will go to court and ask the judge to significantly reduce Gilbert’s visitation. She also wants the judge to impose safeguards so the kids aren’t put in dangerous situations.”
