Congratulations to Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson on the arrival of his and girlfriend Lauren Hashian’s daughter. The couple welcomed their newborn on Wednesday. Lauren’s labor and delivery comes just one month after she and Dwayne announced their expectancy.
“I was raised by and live with amazing and strong women, so the universe felt we needed one more,” Dwayne wrote on Instagram last month. “IT’S A BABY GIRL,” he added. “THANK YOU guys so much for the awesome support and love you’ve sent @laurenhashianofficial and myself from around the world. We’re so grateful for this blessing and thrilled to share the news with y’all.”
Lauren also commented on the impending arrival of her baby girl. “So grateful and in awe of this time,” said the singer. “To experience creating a little life is just incredible. This beautiful cycle of life and womanhood beginning again. And like Big Daddy says – Couldn’t be prouder of all the kicka** women she’s going to have around her! And Men of course.”
Dwayne and Lauren’s little one is the first child between them. Johnson is now the proud father of two kids.
