Kim and Kanye West’s baby is coming soon and Kanye couldn’t be happier. The rapper recently told media that he is anxiously awaiting the arrival of his son.
“I’m waiting on my son to arrive any day now,” said the star during his acceptance speech at the Footwear News 29th Annual Achievement Awards this past Wednesday. Kanye received the Shoe of the Year award at the ceremony. “I look at my daughter and I look at my wife and she’s rich and I don’t plan on being broke,” he joked.
Kim has experienced a few complications during her expectancy. The star faced possibility of undergoing an emergency C-section after discovering that her baby was breech a few weeks ago. “There was a risk that my water might break or the baby’s heart rate could drop — in which case, an emergency C-section would then take place,” shared Kim on her website. The star also told fans that she underwent a painful procedure, known as ECV, to turn the baby in the right direction.
Kim and Kanye’s son is expected to arrive around Christmas. This will be the couple’s second child.
