Tracy Morgan was one of several stars to attend the Week of Greatness launch party in New York City on Tuesday. The comedian held his daughter, Maven, while taking pictures on the red carpet. Maven smiled for photographers and Tracy gave all of his attention to his little one. The celebrity father was the epitome of happiness while surrounded by his wife, Meagan, and daughter.
Tracy tied the knot with his longtime fiancee a few months ago after recovering from a devastating accident that nearly took his life. “She stuck in there with me,” said Morgan of Meagan before the wedding. The star told fans that he couldn’t wait to get married. “That is the cherry on top of the cake.”
Meagan was right by her husband’s side as he was given a standing ovation at this year’s Emmy Awards in Hollywood. “Last year, Jimmy Kimmel stood on this stage and said, ‘We’ll see you back here next year, Tracy Morgan,’” shared Tracy during his presentation of the Outstanding Drama Series Award. “Well, Jimmy, thanks to my amazing doctors and the support of my family and my beautiful new wife, I’m here,” added the star.
Maven is Tracy and Meagan’s only child. She celebrated her second birthday in July.
