Laiyah Brown had a beautiful birthday party in celebration of turning two years old last week. The toddler enjoyed her bash at Legoland with her parents, friends and lots of cake.
“What’s a party without cake,” asked Monica. “Thank you @forgoodcakes for always making my visions come to life. Your cakes are not only works of art but a taste of heaven. Strawberry Elmo,” wrote the celebrity mom. Monica also uploaded a picture of Laiyah posing next to her larger-than-life cake.
The little one was surrounded by a number of friends while celebrating her birthday. One of Nayvadius Cash’s kids stopped by the party, and Rasheeda brought her son to the festivities. “Thank you @rasheedadabosschick for coming to celebrate with us,” shared Monica along with a picture of her and Laiyah with Rasheeda and Karter. Little Laiyah was smiling from ear to ear in the candid.
Monica doted on her daughter this past weekend. “My daughter means the world to me,” wrote the singer on Instagram. “She turned 2 years old and I couldn’t think about nothing but how happy and healthy she is. She is a smart, beautiful, fearless, outstanding, charismatic soul that brings joy to me and whoever else she comes into contact with. Love you lil girl.”
Laiyah is Monica and husband Shannon Brown’s first child together. She was born on September 3, 2013. Monica also has two sons, Romelo and Rodney Jr., from a previous relationship.
