Chloe and Halle Bailey have reportedly been signed to singer Beyonce’s management company. Parkwood Entertainment gave the girls a contract worth more than $1 million last month.
According to Page Six, Beyonce’s manager came across Chloe and Halle’s cover of Beyonce’s ‘Pretty Hurts,’ and got the ball rolling in the direction of signing the YouTube sensations. The girls’ video received more than eight million views, with nearly 220,000 subscribers giving the footage a thumbs up. “Perfect,” wrote one viewer. “Far out, this is so bloody good,” commented another.
Chloe and Halle will have the opportunity to release six albums under Beyonce’s company, if a judge approves the proposed contract. Bey is currently in legal proceedings with the Manhattan court system due to Chloe and Halle being under 18-years-old. The girls’ father expressed much happiness in his daughters’ recent success by telling media, “We cannot think of a better person to help guide the girls.”
Parkwood Entertainment also signed a 16-year-old New York native named Sophie Beem to its company. Check out Chloe and Halle’s ‘Pretty Hurts’ cover below!
