Motherhood is all about improvising, at least that’s what Zoe Saldana says. The actress took to Facebook earlier this week to discuss the many ways that she wings it now that she is the mother of twins.

“Improvising is key,” wrote the star. “The boys are 5 months and they are teething. We are getting creative every day on finding ways to keep them entertained ( mothers, we are open for suggestions) so that we can get some work done.”

Zoe went on to tell fans that she has considered making her sons a part of her workout routine since she exercises from home.  “It may seem distracting but at the end of the day how else are we going to get things done? Plus, babies find us just as amusing as we find them. Thank God for that.”

Saldana gave moms a bit of advice about parenthood, and made a few promises to herself. “I will improvise and be creative so I can get my work done while looking after my little ones,” said the star.  “If I fall off the wagon today I will start over again tomorrow,” added Saldana. “I will love and accept myself.”

Zoe and husband Marco Perego welcomed twin sons Bowie and Cy on November 27, 2014.
