Many fans who have been loyal supports of Tia and Tamera’s from their ‘Sister Sister’ days came out to purchase copies of the book for their kids. There were also a number of younger supporters who got their books signed by the twin stars.

Although they began their career more than two decades ago, Tia and Tamera have remained relevant in the Hollywood sphere. “We’ve discovered now [that] our fans are moms [who have] grown up with us,” said Tamera during a recent interview with FOX 43. Tia also commented by telling media, “We actually have new fans that are ten … kind of in the tween demographic.”

It is for these supporters that the sisters were delighted to write the book. “Tamera and I, we are both moms now and I’m constantly reading to my son every night. I just think it was time for us to do something different, creatively,” shared Tia. Tamera agreed saying, “Now that we’re moms, we realize the importance of reading to your child. So we just want to do, like she said, do something different.”

Twintuition is certainly something different as it addresses the power of intuition among twin siblings. “Twins naturally have this, I think, intuition,” said Tamera to FOX 43. “So we thought it would be fun to kind of just combine the two twins, duh, and intuition.”

Twintuition is currently available for purchase online and at Barnes & Nobles bookstores throughout the country. Tia and husband Cory Hardrict have one son, Cree, together. Tamera and husband Adam Housley also have a son named Aden, and are expecting their second child to arrive this summer.
