Kimora Lee Simmons and husband Tim Leissner are the proud new parents of a baby boy named Wolfe Lee Leissner.
“We are filled with joy, adoration and gratitude as we celebrate the birth of our son,” the couple tells PEOPLE in a statement.
This is the fourth child for Kimora. The Just Fab president is mom to daughters Ming Lee and Aoki Lee Simmons with hip-hop and fashion mogul ex-husband Russell Simmons and has a son, Kenzo Lee Hounsou, with ex-beau Djimon Hounsou.
Simmons and Leissner tied the knot in 2013.
