Great News! Richard Sherman and girlfriend Ashley Lillian are expecting their bundle of joy to arrive any day now. Many are speculating that the Seattle ‘Seahawks’ player may even be the father of a Super Bowl baby after his girlfriend shared a photo during the Christmas season that featured her protruding stomach.
“My girlfriend, Ashley, and I are expecting our first child, a boy, any day now,” wrote Richard in a recently column for Sports Illustrated. The star athlete went on to talk about his transition into mature adulthood, and how news of Ashley’s expectancy made him view life from a different perspective. “I’ve realized in the last year that I can evoke change by being a great role model: a man who respects women and police officers, who graduated from college and does everything in his power to be successful within the rules,” said Sherman.
