Can a father dream? Dwyane Wade recently shared a picture of his eldest son on the family’s home court that resembled that of Marquette University’s basketball court.
“I don’t know if he will ever go to Marquette….but a father can dream,” shared Dwyane along with the picture of Zaire playing ball. “He got next,” added the star.
While it is uncertain whether he will choose to attend a prominent university such as Marquette, it is indisputable that Zaire is following in his father’s amazing footsteps. At just 12-years-old, Zaire has scored more points than the average basketball player his age, and exhibits discipline that some adult athletes stand to attain. Dwyane has definitely been guiding his son in the way of good sportsmanship, and it shows on the court.
Zaire is Dwyane’s oldest son with ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches. The former couple have two kids in all. Dwyane is now married to actress Gabrielle Union.
